I’ve dedicated my career to helping adults over 40 get stronger without beating up their joints or living in the gym. After losing 20kg myself, I know how powerful it is to feel capable in your own body again.
Today I co-own New Zealand’s only fitness studio specifically for people over 40, and I’ve helped more than 1,000 people build strength that lasts.
